In 2016, we organized with Universities a 20.000 hours “Employee Development and Motivation” training for our employees.
We have realized the “Future in My Pocket” project with the Habitat Association in order to make our employees happier in their social lives.
We have provided vocational trainings for approximately 600 employees with İş-Kur Programmes since 2016.
In order to transmit our knowledge to next generations, through the on-the-job training practice applied in cooperation with Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and IMA (İstanbul Fashion Academy), Denim Washing Methods training was provided. With the scope of cooperation with universities, Trainings, Seminars and Webinars were given at Marmara University, Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Ege University, 9 Eylül University, Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University and İstanbul Technical University.
Since 2016, we have been conducting employee loyalty and motivation with specialist market research companies to increase employee satisfication.
We organize iftar programs, picnics, department events, social activities, football tournaments for integration of our employees.
We organize April 23 (National Sovereignty and Child Day) painting contest, poem competition, book donation campaign for our children; while we organize innovation and productivity project contests for our young talents.
We support non-governmental organizations that supporting commonweal and we develop social responsibility projects together.
We have successfully passed the international audits, such as Sedex, BSCI, WCA which we have received in order to improve ourselves.
We develop projects and perform audits with our renewed and strengthened CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) team in order to increase the satisfaction and safety of our employees as well as our suppliers.
