You are about to send your resume information which shall constitute a basis for the evaluation of the Human Resources Department of our company. Within this scope, while your personal data is processed in compliance with the legal regulations, particularly to determine your suitability for the data supervisor position which you applied for and/or for other available positions, get in contact with you, determination of your occupational accretion and experience, occupational seniority and your position in your previous work experiences and rights, contracting people  with people that you have provided as reference and by this way obtaining information about your previous work experiences, your rights, your performance, termination form of the employment relation, your occupational and personal qualifications, your communication skills  and your general profile, meeting the need for workforce which that may arise in the future by the candidate pool system and for all human resources process and systems to function in an integrated manner and carry out legal processes, it also may be transferred to the official institutions due to the legal obligations and also, if deemed appropriate by our company, to third party companies and institutions.

Within the scope of item 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data no. 6698 (“LPPD”), you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, if processed request information in this regard, to learn the purpose of processing your data and learn whether it is used in accordance with the purpose, learn the domestic or abroad 3^rd parties to whom the data is transferred, if your data is processed incompletely or inaccurately, request correction in this regard, in case the reasons requiring your personal data to be processed ceases to exist, or there is not a legal obstacle in this regard, you have the right to make a request for the erasure/termination of your personal data, or for  its anonymization, requesting a notification to be done to 3^rd parties to whom your personal data is transferred in regards to the erasure/termination/anonymization of your personal data, to object in case an adverse consequence arises due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively by the automated systems, in case that you suffer a loss due to the illegal processing of your personal data, request for the compensation of your loss.
